As a supporter and sponsor of the National Exporters Month organized by the Jamaica Manufacturers Association, RADA also participated as booth exhibitor Jamaica International Exhibition at the Montego Bay Convention Centre, Rose Hall St. James on May 30 – June 1, 2019.

The biennial trade show sought to facilitate the promotion and expansion of local markets to a global audience through exports.

RADA provided the outlet for budding agricultural businesses namely Rio Grande Farms and Las Bees Enterprises to gain exposure and directly negotiate with buyers to improve sales and marketability.

Also within the spotlight at the RADA’s booth exhibit were:

Agri Linkage Exchange – an agro trading platform that connects farmers with volume direct purchasers sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism through the Tourism Enhancement Fund
RADA Agri-Mart -  a marketing component of RADA’s Social Services and Home Economics Unit that facilitates sales of agricultural related products by micro, small and medium sized producers.

The JIE provided the opportunity for RADA to benefit from integral stakeholder interactions, improved brand visibility and most importantly increased sales for selected farmers/exporters of agricultural produce.
