The Rural Agricultural Development Authority (RADA) now invites Bids from eligible and qualified bidders to undertake the Procurement and Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP System: RADA/SERV/01/2026
SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor will be required to implement a modern, scalable ERP system to replace the existing legacy system (Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 / SQL Server 2008) and improve: Financial management and reporting, Procurement and inventory control, Budgeting and commitment control, Project management, Asset management and Operational efficiency across all RADA locations.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procurement Method will be used and bidders must submit the following along with their bid:
Completed and signed Form of Bid (in the prescribed format).
A valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Certificate in the category of Computers, Computer Equipment, Parts and Supplies or Computers and Related Services (See http://www.ppc.gov.jm/ppc/),
A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
No Bid Security

AVAILABILITY OF TENDER DOCUMENT:
Bidding documents will be available for download as at Tuesday, June 23, 2026 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website (www.gojep.gov.jm). Interested Bidders must first visit the website and register to participate.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION:
Bids must be submitted online via (www.gojep.gov.jm) on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Late bids will be automatically rejected.
Online opening of Bids will follow at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
