SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRANSPORT VEHICLES FOR TRACTORS 

The Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ), with financial assistance from the European Union Global Climate Change Alliance Plus, intends to award a supply contract for two (2) Transport Vehicles for Tractors.

All transport vehicles will be delivered to the Rural Agricultural Development Authority, Hope Gardens, Kingston 6.  The tender dossier is available from the website of the Planning Institute of Jamaica - https://www.pioj.gov.jm/procurement/. The supplies must comply fully with the technical specifications set out in the tender dossier (technical annex). 

Prospective tenderers may also request an editable version of the tender dossier as a zip file from projectsjobs@pioj.gov.jm. Tenderers are expected to examine carefully and comply with all instructions, forms, contract provisions and specifications contained in this tender dossier. The order of the documents in the tender dossier is to be maintained in the tender proposal submitted.   

The deadline for submission of tenders is August 22, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. A clarification meeting will be held on July 25, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. on Zoom – Meeting ID: 856 5201 3451; Passcode: 655378. Tenderers/Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the clarification meeting.
